We highl, highly recommend Ronda Karn to meet and exceed all of your realty needs! We purchased a single family home in August 2018 (literally a few days ago). The process started at the beginning of June 2018, we looked at approximately 12 houses with her by our side. Throughout the entire process, Ronda guided us every step of the way, and never, ever pressured us. In fact it was always apparent that her primary interest / goal was our family, and our family getting what we wanted. She was/is without exception, beyond professional, knowledgable, patient, flexible and extremely personable. Ronda has mastered the art diplomacy and is a strong advocate for her clients. Above & Beyond…SHE is the Realtor you want working for you.
We’ve worked with a number of different realtors over the years, and we thought they were all fine, BUT Ronda dramatically stands out among the crowd. Not that we had bad experiences with the other ones…but wow, Ronda is an incredible realtor. She is ON TOP of things. She gets things done before you blink. She is extremely skilled & knowledgeable. She knows how to help you as both a buyer & a seller in this market like a pro. She has the most amazing work ethic, and keeps it there from start to finish.
She helped us navigate bumps with skill & grace.
On top of that, she is patient & a delight to work with, and someone that’s great to have on your side making both the highs and lows of the home buying & selling processes so much better.
She helped us when we were looking & learning the market, but ended up not ready to buy at the time. She was always eager to help when, over time, we called just to look at something now & then. She was proactive in helping us find things we were interested in, but never felt pushy & was chill if we were taking a break, short or long. She never wrote us off as “not serious & not worth my time.” She was always there 100%.
A number of years after first meeting Ronda, we were finally ready to do more serious looking…and she knew how to help us in the extremely competitive market, and was ON TOP of things.

We had two choices to make when my husband was told that his company was being relocated to this are.
We had two choices to make when my husband was told that his company was being relocated to this area, stay were we have lived for 16 years or relocate. I started doing searches of the Ferndale area and connected with Ronda Karn. She stuck with us even though we were not certain if we were going to relocate or not never pressuring us to make a decision. Ronda took the time to research the schools my kids would attend, and provided us with important dates to know such as school registration dates. We never asked for this , but she did it anyways, its like she knew we had a lot of decisions to make about moving and offered relief that this was one less thing to worry about. We spoke as often as I wanted too. Ronda knew exactly what we wanted and expected and got it done for us even being 5 hours away from the area. We would highly recommend Ronda for anything real estate related.
