The process started at the beginning of June 2018, we looked at approximately 12 houses with her by our side. Additionally to negotiate a great deal for us as buyer agent, Ronda paid to fix heater on the extreme snow day, after tens of contacting and scheduling the electricians directly. We are grateful to have warm room during the extreme cold of Feb., 2019.

We had two choices to make when my husband was told that his company was being relocated to this area, stay were we have lived for 16 years or relocate. I started doing searches of the Ferndale area and connected with Ronda Karn. She stuck with us even though we were not certain if we were going to relocate or not never pressuring us to make a decision. We never asked for this , but she did it anyways, its like she knew we had a lot of decisions to make about moving and offered relief that this was one less thing to worry about.
